Job Description
Seer Interactive seeks a Senior Analytics Manager to act as the primary link between business objectives, user behavior, testing, and tracking. This is a client-facing account management position where the practitioner spends roughly 60 percent of their time on traditional analytics and 40 percent on generative engine optimization (GEO) measurement. On the analytics side, the specialist designs implementation blueprints, audits tracking setups, and builds frameworks tying data directly to business outcomes. On the GEO side, the professional helps clients track visibility across AI-driven search platforms, evaluate experimentation programs, and interpret emerging trends. The organization operates as a B-Corp Certified company dedicated to inclusivity and equal opportunity employment.
Ideal candidates are comfortable with tag management systems, data layers, test design, and incrementality. Applicants should use artificial intelligence tools regularly as part of their daily workflow to automate tasks and build repeatable systems. Team members are expected to organize their workloads independently, manage multiple priorities, mentor colleagues, and communicate technical findings to both technical and executive audiences. Compensation is reviewed at least annually, and the hiring process utilizes AI tools to assist human recruiters with application review.

- Present strategic insights, experimentation outcomes, and recommendations directly to client stakeholders
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in analytics implementation including behavioral tracking, ecommerce measurement, and experimentation frameworks

- Ability to manage workloads and deadlines independently using task management tools such as Wrike
- Strong communication skills to explain technical data findings to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows
- Early exposure to GEO, LLM visibility tracking, or AI search measurement
- Background in building automations, AI workflows, agents, or internal tools
