Atlean World, an international HR consultancy focusing on multicultural and multilingual job markets, is hiring a Client Experience Agent with Dutch to work remotely from anywhere in Greece. This full-time position suits individuals looking to represent an international brand while building their professional experience in a diverse setting.
In this role, the selected candidate will support customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining quality standards across multiple communication channels. The position requires open availability for rotating shift work between 07:00 and 23:00.
Candidates will receive a gross monthly salary of 1,500€ alongside a 15% productivity bonus. Additional offerings include a meal allowance card, private health insurance based on the specific project, and company-organized recreational activities such as cultural events, football tournaments, beach barbecues, and surf lessons. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through telephone, live chat, and electronic mail using a helpful approach

Requirements
