Crypto.com seeks a Trading Desk Operations professional for a role spanning Senior Associate to Director levels, based on-site in London within the firm's Trading Team. This position focuses on the operational foundation of the trading desk, providing comprehensive support for trading and funding functions while optimizing workflows to fuel business expansion. Selected candidates will develop comprehensive knowledge of the trade life cycle across assigned trading desks.
Daily duties involve managing trade bookings and verifications, reconciling balances and positions, attributing profits and losses, and resolving operational hurdles during the trade lifecycle. Personnel will utilize coding capabilities and artificial intelligence applications to upgrade booking and reconciliation workflows, build risk monitoring tools, and establish standardized documentation for launching new products. The position also entails executing settlement checks, coordinating fund transfers with Treasury and external brokers, tracking capital efficiency, and collaborating with developers to upgrade technical infrastructure and controls.

Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end trade support for assigned trading desks, including booking, verification, position reconciliation, and profit and loss attribution.
- Investigate and clear operational delays, bottlenecks, and issues across the trade lifecycle.
- Build and improve booking and reconciliation procedures using Python and artificial intelligence tools.
- Conduct real-time risk monitoring against internal thresholds and create new monitoring utilities for the desk.
- Draft standardized playbooks and templates for new product onboarding to accelerate time-to-market.
- Create and maintain new accounts and trading books while ensuring data integrity.
- Handle funding operations, verify settlements, and resolve transfer issues with external brokers and internal Treasury teams.
- Track capital utilization, return on investment, and capital distribution records.
- Analyze trading results and risk attributions while handling urgent ad-hoc desk requests.
- Partner with developers on infrastructure enhancement projects and automate repetitive manual workflows.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience on a trading floor as a trade support specialist or trading assistant, or in a middle office or product control role within the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.

- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
