LUSH is seeking a People Experience Coordinator to deliver administrative and operational support for the People Experience Team. This full-time, regular role helps maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal guidance while handling junior employment situations. The position requires a professional who can manage employee records, schedule meetings, prepare documentation, and coordinate logistics for company initiatives and training sessions.
The person in this role will support employee relations matters such as performance concerns, conduct issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Responsibilities also include assisting with workplace investigations, managing leaves and return-to-work coordination alongside benefits, and overseeing the North America Tenure Program across Canada and the United States. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to establish foundational experience in human resources.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the People Experience team by scheduling meetings and preparing relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and personnel records according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle data entry, reporting, and audits while supporting compliance activities and certifications.
- Respond to basic culture and policy inquiries, escalating complex questions when necessary.
- Coordinate logistics for People Experience initiatives, training sessions, and monthly reporting with specialists and markets.
- Assist with employee relations matters including performance concerns, conduct issues, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with benefits to manage leaves of absence and coordinate the return-to-work process.
- Support employee relations case intake, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with workplace investigations by gathering information, coordinating interviews, and maintaining files.
- Administer and maintain the North America Tenure Program across Canada and the United States.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources with exposure to employee relations, investigations, or people compliance.
- Fluency in both English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment and strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CHRP designation or working toward the designation.
