The person in this role will take ownership of generalist human resources duties, helping to maintain consistent policies, processes, and frameworks. Responsibilities include advising managers on employee matters, participating in recruitment activities, managing HR projects, and championing staff wellbeing. Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on employee relations cases to support fair and values-driven resolutions
