Requirements
- Bring over seven years of experience in partner operations, revenue operations, or a comparable operational field
- Demonstrate past ownership of a partner or revenue technology stack, including migration, build, or buy decisions
- Possess hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code
- Maintain a clear understanding of partner economics including revenue share models and lifetime value calculations
- Exhibit experience managing small teams or dotted-line relationships across multiple regions or sub-functions
- Show strong written communication abilities to distill complex information into clear decision documentation
Qualifications
- Gain familiarity with HubSpot, Clazar for cloud co-sell, and Linear for project management
- Hold previous background within a platform or developer-tools company featuring a partner-driven go-to-market approach
- Demonstrate prior experience building internal tools or scripts prior to mainstream AI-assisted development
