Job Description

In this position, professionals conduct live therapy sessions and maintain complete autonomy over their clinical decisions. The platform manages insurance credentialing, claims processing, and client matching. Clinicians are able to establish their own working hours and deliver counseling from a private home setting.

Compensation ranges from $43 to $70 per hour for live sessions. Eligible contractors may receive a first client bonus ranging from $500 to $1,000 depending on their state of licensure, provided they see a client within thirty days of applying. Additional incentives include a monthly health benefit stipend for professionals committing to thirty hours per week, access to continuing education courses, and a platform membership. Contractors do not pay marketing or membership overhead fees.

Applicants must hold an independent clinical license and a relevant graduate or doctoral degree. The company does not accept interns, clinicians requiring supervision, or practitioners in ineligible specialties.
