Twin Health is seeking a Manager, Client Onboarding & Operations to lead end-to-end client deployments and support ongoing program management. Operating in the digital health space, Twin Health utilizes artificial intelligence technology to address chronic metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity by building dynamic metabolic models.
In this remote position, the incoming manager will oversee client onboarding across various accounts including health plans, health systems, and self-insured employers. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional internal teams, and building robust relationships with C-suite executives and key external stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, configuring client instances, coordinating technical data exchanges, and training clients to maximize program enrollment and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with executive stakeholders across enterprise clients
- Direct end-to-end onboarding of programs across self-insured employers, health plans, and health systems
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client culture, priorities, and population goals
- Provide ongoing post-launch support and consultative recommendations to increase member engagement and client satisfaction
- Handle the setup, configuration, and testing of client instances for proper functionality
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute projects on schedule
- Train clients on program details to drive awareness and enrollment
- Analyze pre- and post-launch data to deliver actionable insights to internal teams and clients
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while setting timelines and managing stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with technical leads to manage data access, file requirements, transmission, and ongoing troubleshooting
- Create standard onboarding documentation, templates, playbooks, and internal SOPs
- Mobilize internal teams such as Clinical Delivery, Product, and Client Growth to resolve client escalations
Requirements
- Between 5 and 10 years of onboarding, program management, and client-facing experience
- Between 5 and 10 years of digital health client onboarding and project management experience at the manager level or above
- Direct experience working with health benefits, health systems, health and wellness, or health plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored for various audiences including senior executives
- Demonstrated organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to balance planning with timely execution
- Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools such as Monday.com, InspirePlanner, and MS Project
- Experience working alongside technical teams regarding data exchange, file specifications, encryption, transmission, and testing
