Robinhood is seeking a Knowledge & Operational Readiness Lead to join its Platforms Knowledge Management team. Robinhood operates with a mission to democratize finance for all, applying advanced technologies to major financial challenges within a high-performing environment. This position involves owning the full content lifecycle, knowledge governance, and operational readiness for assigned complex functions.

The role suits a professional who is equally comfortable managing standard operating procedures and go/no-go frameworks, while utilizing artificial intelligence to solve complex domain-specific problems and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will guide content strategy, lead readiness planning for product launches and policy updates, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support.

This is an on-site position based in Denver, CO and Westlake, TX, requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Robinhood emphasizes the value of in-person collaboration to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end content strategy and knowledge governance for assigned functions, maintaining Help Center articles, standard operating procedures, runbooks, playbooks, escalation paths, and policy documentation.
  • Drive readiness planning for product launches, policy updates, and operational initiatives by producing go-not-go recommendations, risk registers, mitigation strategies, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Collaborate simultaneously across multiple functions with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, Risk, and Training partners to ensure operational alignment.
  • Establish scalable information architecture, content standards, and governance frameworks that elevate team performance.
  • Partner with Customer Support leadership to prepare frontline teams for upcoming launches, identifying potential contact drivers and support risks prior to go-live.
  • Analyze performance metrics and patterns across assigned functions to uncover inefficiencies and run post-launch reviews.
  • Communicate performance insights, operational details, and executive-ready readiness narratives to diverse stakeholders.
  • Coach team members and influence internal and external partners regarding knowledge management practices.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence to resolve bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and achieve higher-quality outcomes faster.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate typically 4 to 5 plus years of relevant experience as an individual contributor with advanced knowledge of knowledge management and content strategy across multiple related job areas.
  • Possess a proven track record of independently owning multiple complex functions end-to-end and making program-level decisions with minimal outside support.
  • Exhibit deep expertise in knowledge management operations, information architecture, governance, and content lifecycles.
  • Show strong project management capabilities to handle multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Attend the office in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX at least three days per week.
