Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding processes such as generating offer letters, conducting pre-onboarding checks, establishing profiles, welcoming new hires on their first day, monitoring probation periods, and registering insurance.
- Handle employee offboarding procedures by coordinating leaver communications, managing system access revocations, working with IT and finance on asset returns, and conducting exit interviews alongside final paperwork.
- Handle compliance matters by preparing documents and submitting them through government portals for visas, work permits, and temporary residence cards.
- Oversee daily office and pantry operations, liaise with vendors, and process monthly payments for office rent, parking, postage, and supplies.
- Organize and run internal events and employee engagement initiatives, including company trips, town halls, mid-autumn celebrations, Christmas events, and bi-weekly happy hours.
- Issue, verify, and draft standard human resources paperwork while maintaining physical and digital filing systems securely.
- Assist with monthly payroll by reconciling inputs, updating compensation modifications, and adhering to internal payroll schedules.
Requirements
- Possess one to two years of practical experience in human resources administration, human resources operations, or working as a junior human resources executive within a multinational corporation or technology scale-up.
- Demonstrate fluency in English for drafting official legal documents and daily collaboration.
- Exhibit high attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
- Reside in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
