In this role, the professional will focus on increasing user acquisition, subscriber counts, trial-to-paid conversions, and long-term retention across mobile and web platforms.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with engineering, data science, product design, and marketing teams to eliminate friction in customer journeys, develop habit-building features, and execute A/B tests. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the direct-to-consumer growth product strategy and roadmap
- Design, launch, and interpret high-velocity A/B tests and experimentation programs
- Identify and remove user drop-off points throughout onboarding, activation, and account pathways
- Build habit-forming features that assist users in tracking and planning daily mindfulness practices
- Draft detailed product requirement documents outlining metrics, user needs, and iteration plans
