The ideal candidate is an independent operator with deep experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and account-based marketing. The role requires direct execution rather than agency management or subcontracting. Responsibilities include building HubSpot workflows, launching paid ads on Google and LinkedIn, managing landing pages, and partnering closely with the sales organization to drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across paid channels, email, organic search, events support, and content syndication targeted at the consumer goods sector
- Configure HubSpot workflows, build landing pages, launch LinkedIn and Google Ads, and perform quality assurance checks prior to deployment
- Support account-based marketing programs in collaboration with the sales growth team to target key decision-makers
- Run small-scale experiments, measure outcomes, eliminate underperforming initiatives, and scale successful tactics
- Manage campaign dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics to track attribution, lead quality, and funnel progression
- Deliver weekly performance readouts to marketing and sales leadership detailing results and budget optimization recommendations
- Measure and track brand visibility and accuracy in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
- Develop and execute answer engine optimization improvement plans including schema updates, page structure modifications, and content recommendations in coordination with web owners
Requirements
- At least six years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing execution experience covering demand generation and account-based marketing
- Practical expertise using HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of answer engine optimization or experience extending traditional SEO practices into AI search
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pipeline metrics, attribution, and reporting
- Prior experience collaborating directly with sales teams to generate qualified leads
- Familiarity with AI tools and active daily use in marketing workflows
- Availability to work full-time around forty hours per week with schedule overlap for U.S. and APAC business hours
- Reside in the United States and be available to work as an independent contractor
