Feedzai is seeking a Global Solutions Consultant, Identity to join its global team and help financial institutions combat financial crime and fraud using AI technology. Operating as a Series D company with $282M raised and a $2 billion valuation, Feedzai protects over one billion consumers and $9 trillion in transaction volume annually. In this position, the professional will serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert during the sales process for the RiskOps platform, guiding high-profile banking and merchant clients through solution design and platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with strong communication and storytelling skills to bridge the gap between clients and internal product and development teams. Responsibilities include leading product demonstrations, developing targeted value pitches with a focus on identity solutions, and managing formal tenders and proposals. The role requires organization, strategic problem-solving, and executive presence to handle multiple RFP processes simultaneously.
This position involves remote work with the flexibility of travel up to 30 percent of the time, conducting remote and onsite discussions across Europe. New hires will spend their first month undergoing comprehensive training, connecting with managers, accessing company history resources, and beginning collaborative project work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions both remotely and onsite throughout Europe
- Partner with the sales team to deliver tailored, value-driven pitches centered on identity solutions
- Design solutions that address client business needs using a consultative approach
- Manage the complete lifecycle of formal tenders, RFPs, and RFIs from creation to submission
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for formal proposals
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure proper staffing and share market insights
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Solution Consultant in complex environments
- Proven experience working in the Financial Services industry focusing on Identity Solutions
- Commercial and sales background as a Solution Consultant or Pre-sales Engineer selling enterprise-level software
- Experience working at a growth-stage Enterprise software SaaS company
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, presentation skills, and listening abilities
- Ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time
- Self-starter capable of delivering high-quality work independently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent proven experience in Enterprise Software sales
