Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial teams and merchants regarding financial questions including settlements, payouts, reconciliation, and reporting
- Communicate with clients in English through telephone and email channels in both proactive and reactive capacities
- Guide client finance groups on maximizing the value of platform features and products
- Analyze client difficulties and collaborate with development, finance, and product departments to enhance offerings or design new solutions
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of two years of relevant work experience involving financial topics or payments
- Demonstrate strong analytical and finance abilities with the capacity to learn internal accounting systems quickly
- Make rapid, informed choices under pressure while appropriately prioritizing internal and external requests
- Show a proven history of successfully handling ambiguity and uncertainty
- Maintain advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
