Robinhood operates a financial platform with the mission to democratize finance for all. The organization is currently seeking a Finance & Senior Analyst to join its Growth Finance division in Chicago.
In this capacity, the professional will act as a key financial collaborator for the Growth and Marketing departments. The position focuses on guiding investment decisions, tracking business performance, and supporting customer and asset growth metrics including Net Funded Accounts, Net Deposits, and Gold subscribers. Team members are expected to work on-site at least three days per week.
The role is suited for analytical professionals who can translate complex questions into structured financial frameworks while modernizing processes through automation and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Manage growth finance performance management and reporting processes for senior leadership
- Scale and modernize financial workflows by implementing automation and artificial intelligence tools
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to assess resource allocation across promotions and performance marketing
- Construct financial models evaluating return on investment, payback periods, and asset growth
- Partner with data science, accounting, and product teams to generate data-driven insights and enhance metric tracking
Requirements
- Possess four to five years or more of relevant background in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical roles
- Demonstrate strong business judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities
- Exhibit data proficiency with the capability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights for technical and leadership audiences
- Maintain an artificial intelligence-first mindset with experience utilizing emerging technology to accelerate reporting processes
- Attend the Chicago office in person at least three days per week
