Tines is looking for a Field Marketing Manager - West to join the marketing team on a remote basis. This position must be based in the Pacific Standard Time zone within the United States, with a strong preference for candidates located in a California metropolitan area. This role suits an organized professional with a passion for event marketing and a creative mindset. The person in this position will orchestrate regional event marketing and account-based marketing initiatives across the West regions. Responsibilities include designing branded experiences, managing partner gatherings, coordinating regional industry events, and providing support for larger tradeshows. The ideal candidate can balance multiple concurrent projects, handle vendor negotiations, manage regional event budgets, and collaborate closely with go-to-market and marketing operations teams. Travel is required up to twenty-five percent of the time.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional events such as hospitality experiences, industry gatherings, and partner events
- Oversee all logistics including registration, shipping, on-site setup, and post-event summaries
- Provide support for major tradeshows and tentpole events by coordinating with vendors and maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and go-to-market teams to align messaging with company objectives
- Manage relationships with vendors and channel reseller partners to drive participation and positive outcomes
- Oversee regional event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Partner with Marketing Operations to evaluate performance metrics, track attendance, and handle list uploads
- Manage SWAG inventory, relevance, distribution, and quality enhancement
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing focusing on field marketing and events
- Prior experience managing both small and large-scale events
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent of the time
- Must be based in the U.S. PST zone with a strong preference for a CA metro area
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
