EDB is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer in a full-time, on-site capacity. EDB provides a data and AI platform that enables organizations to utilize Postgres for analytical, transactional, and AI workloads across any cloud environment. Serving over 1,500 customers globally, the company aids major government agencies, financial institutions, media firms, and technology enterprises in modernizing legacy systems and scaling efficiently.
This position functions as a strategic business partner and a trusted extension of the leadership office, requiring high operational efficiency, executive presence, and sound judgment. Ideal candidates thrive in rapid, revenue-driven environments and possess exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities span complex global calendar administration, international travel planning, event management, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and communication triage. The role is based in Boston or nearby areas, with a preference for Eastern Time, and requires the flexibility to handle time-sensitive issues outside normal operating hours.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CRO to optimize time, focus, and decision-making.
- Manage and triage executive communications, surfacing critical priorities and addressing urgent matters.
- Prepare executive briefings, meeting agendas, decision-support documents, and tracking materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict professionalism and discretion.
- Own a complex global calendar spanning multiple time zones for meetings, customer engagements, and board interactions.
- Plan and execute international and domestic travel itineraries, handling visas, accommodations, and disruptions.
- Lead the planning of executive events such as global sales meetings, customer sessions, and partner dinners.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and maintain operational trackers to drive accountability across teams.
Requirements
- Maintain a current passport with the ability to travel as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support a globally distributed team across various time zones.
- Be available to respond to time-sensitive business matters outside of standard working hours.
- Possess proficiency in Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
Qualifications
- Bring at least 7 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within revenue, go-to-market, or sales organizations.
- Show a proven history of supporting global leadership teams successfully.
- Demonstrate extensive background in arranging complex international and domestic travel.
- Have significant experience planning and organizing high-level executive meetings and events.
