Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and manage a globally distributed engineering team

  • Partner with product management, design, and other engineering teams to shape roadmaps and meet commitments
  • Provide technical guidance on system architecture, performance, security, and code maintainability
  • Manage agile, asynchronous workflows and address delivery blockages early
  • Incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities and modern tooling into daily team routines
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and support career progression through actionable feedback
  • Participate in operational availability and incident management rotations as required

Requirements

  • Experience managing engineering teams and providing technical mentorship

  • Experience collaborating across product, design, and engineering stakeholders to drive technical decisions
