Requirements

  • Bring over 10 years of experience managing software engineers with a history of team growth and delivering products at scale
  • Possess hands-on expertise in Large Language Model systems, including production experience with tool-calling agents and architecture critique
  • Demonstrate experience operating consumer-scale production services, handling on-call rotations, SLOs, and external dependencies
  • Show strong judgment in ambiguous environments by turning conflicting inputs into focused, measurable roadmaps
  • Communicate clearly and directly with engineering teams, product groups, and executive leadership

Benefits

  • Performance-driven compensation including multipliers for impact, equity ownership, bonus programs, and 401(k) matching
  • Health insurance covered 100 percent for employees and 90 percent for dependents
  • Access to the Robinhood Employee Fund for eligible US employees to invest in private employee funds
  • Provision of advanced market AI tools and ongoing AI skill-building opportunities for all employees
  • Flexible lifestyle wallet for wellness and learning expenses
