Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an integrated three-statement financial model encompassing the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for planning and fundraising

  • Collaborate with internal department leaders to guide financial choices and ensure operational accountability
  • Work alongside the accounting department during monthly financial closes to execute variance analysis and accurate reporting
  • Provide mentorship and professional development for finance team members

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years of progressive background in corporate finance, investment banking, or FP&A
  • Prior finance leadership experience inside a growth-stage healthcare or technology enterprise
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing dynamic, integrated three-statement financial models
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative abilities alongside familiarity with healthcare and SaaS business models
  • Practical background supporting or preparing for fundraising rounds and due diligence processes
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce, and NetSuite

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Master of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant designation
