The position is based out of the Menlo Park office with a requirement to work on-site at least three days each week. During the internship, participants will work alongside established team members on specific product initiatives such as prediction markets, trading tools, and portfolio margin. Responsibilities involve conducting exploratory data analyses, setting up and reviewing A/B tests, building metric dashboards, and presenting findings to organizational leaders.

Compensation is determined by geographic location and market factors, with a specified base rate of $44 per hour for Zone 1 regions such as Menlo Park. Candidates will engage in a high-performing environment that expects continuous dedication to data-informed product growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team member on specific product lines such as Agentic Trading, Prediction Markets, Portfolio Margin, and Trading Products
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to discover product growth avenues and improve core business metrics
  • Design, execute, and analyze A-B experiments alongside causal inference evaluations
  • Define product performance metrics and construct scalable dashboards for monitoring
  • Create data visualizations and narratives to present insights to leadership and colleagues
  • Manage large-scale analytics projects to shape product strategy and drive business impact

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a full-time graduate degree program
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL or other relevant programming languages
  • Background in statistical analysis and machine learning

  • Pursuing a degree in a quantitative discipline like mathematics, statistics, engineering, or natural science
