Pallet is seeking a German-Speaking Enterprise Account Executive to join its team in London. The company creates artificial intelligence agents designed to modernize operations in the global supply chain sector by streamlining administrative tasks like scheduling and data entry. In this position, the professional will spearhead net-new enterprise customer acquisition across the European market, cultivate relationships with major logistics firms, and assist in shaping international commercial expansion.

This is a consultative sales position requiring engagement with high-level buyers such as Chief Operating Officers, Chief Information Officers, and Vice Presidents of Supply Chain or Operations. The chosen candidate will guide clients through workflow discoveries, AI application identification, structured trials, and ROI evaluations. Daily hours generally run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM London time, which includes collaborating with United States-based colleagues in the afternoon and extensive travel across Europe for client meetings and workshops.

The role begins remotely in London before moving to an on-site structure requiring attendance at the London office five days per week when not traveling. The professional reports directly to the General Manager in London while also coordinating closely with the Head of Sales. The hiring process involves initial discussions, a deal review, a mock discovery interview, a final conversation, and background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle across the EMEA region from outbound prospecting to closing contracts
  • Maintain a robust qualified pipeline through outbound activities and self-sourcing a minimum of 30 percent of opportunities
  • Engage with executive decision-makers at major European logistics providers
  • Facilitate consultative discovery sessions connecting operational workflows to artificial intelligence capabilities
  • Design and direct structured pilots that prove tangible operational return on investment
  • Construct executive business cases linking operational changes to financial outcomes
  • Relay market feedback and customer use cases to refine the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience selling enterprise B2B software as a service or enterprise logistics technology
  • Business-fluent German language skills for conducting discovery, presentations, and negotiations
  • Demonstrated history of successfully closing six- and seven-figure enterprise software deals
  • Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and value-based sales methodologies
  • Skill in managing complex purchasing committees and extended enterprise sales cycles
  • Availability to travel extensively across Europe for business meetings and events
