The brand team is currently hiring a Creative Operations Manager focusing on Paid Social for the Body and weight loss pillar. In this position, the professional will coordinate production logistics, manage timelines, organize assets, and support the onboarding of vendors and freelancers specifically for weight loss and Body paid social channels. Working under the Associate Director of Creative Operations and alongside Creative Directors, project managers, marketing groups, and growth teams, the individual will oversee workflow management, track deliverables, establish scalable processes, and maintain accurate documentation like production calendars and reporting dashboards.

This role is ideal for an organized professional with a strong background in creative project management and performance marketing workflows who thrives in a fast-paced setting. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring employees in the tri-state area to be present at the New York headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while supporting nationwide flexibility for others.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate paid social creative production logistics for the Body and weight loss pillar, including timeline management and asset organization.
  • Support vendor and freelancer onboarding related to weight loss and Body paid social initiatives.
  • Manage overall workflow across paid social for the Body pillar, tracking deliverables, schedules, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with project managers and the Associate Director of Creative Operations to oversee creative resource allocation.
  • Perform quality control checks on paid social creative deliveries to ensure correct assets, copy, formats, and specifications are met prior to launch.
  • Partner with creative directors, marketing, and growth teams to align on priorities, status updates, and feedback cycles.
  • Build scalable processes and templates to enhance consistency and efficiency across paid social campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including project trackers, production calendars, and reporting dashboards.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between teams and proactively identify potential blockers.

Requirements

  • Have six to eight years of relevant experience in creative project management, production coordination, or operations within an in-house creative or agency setting.
  • Demonstrate organizational and project management skills with the ability to turn complex projects into actionable steps.
  • Understand paid social creative workflows from brief and concepting through production, review, approval, and launch.
  • Possess experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams.
  • Show proficiency in managing spreadsheets, timelines, and budgets using tools such as Airtable, Figma, and G-Drive.
  • Communicate effectively to build trust through clarity, empathy, and collaboration.
