Integra Partners is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its Legal team. In this position, the professional will report directly to the Compliance Manager, Payer Division, and serve an integral function in upholding compliance obligations, handling audits, and monitoring operational risk.

Responsibilities
- Conduct vendor and healthcare provider audits to support fraud, waste, and abuse monitoring procedures
- Run investigation processes related to fraud, waste, and abuse
- Administer corporate compliance program elements, assign compliance training, and maintain auditable logs
- Coordinate with network management, credentialing, and quality assurance groups to address issues
- Partner with health plan customers on business audits by drafting and tracking processes and responses
- Investigate compliance issues internally and externally while maintaining licensing and state agency filings
- Execute Security Risk Assessments and report findings to the compliance committee alongside data security personnel
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Bring at least three years of experience working in Special Investigation Unit processes or equivalent roles
- Possess prior experience in the healthcare sector
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of fraud, waste, and abuse issues, medical billing, healthcare credentialing, HIPAA, and relevant legislation
- Exhibit data analysis capabilities and proficiency using Excel
- Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with durable medical equipment, prosthetic, and orthotic supplies
- Familiarity with Tableau
