Huntress is hiring a remote Community Lead for the APAC region to expand the organization's footprint and build robust relationships within the Managed Service Provider community. Established in 2015 by former National Security Agency cyber specialists, Huntress provides enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions protected by a continuous human-monitored Security Operations Center. The platform currently safeguards millions of identities and endpoints globally.

In this position, you will spearhead regional community projects, guide partner education, channel critical feedback to internal departments, and connect high-potential service providers with internal sales networks. This contributor role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and account management teams to align regional strategies with business goals.

This role suits an experienced channel professional with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and Managed Service Provider ecosystem. Candidates must be comfortable presenting in front of various executive audiences and possess the capability to travel approximately half of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute regional community programs and strategic special projects aligned with APAC business targets
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and account management teams to identify key strategic partners
  • Act as the internal voice of APAC partners by delivering synthesized feedback to product and sales teams
  • Represent Huntress at industry events, external channel communities, and peer groups
  • Identify and engage high-value prospects to introduce them into the company sales pipeline
  • Host virtual and physical educational events covering business expansion and security trends
  • Forge relationships with industry peers, peer group leaders, and managed service provider owners
  • Create and implement engagement initiatives that foster emotional connection and brand loyalty

Requirements

  • Accumulate at least five years of professional experience in field engagement, community management, or partner relations within the channel or managed service provider industry
  • Demonstrate public speaking abilities for boardrooms, stage presentations, virtual conferences, and private dinners
  • Exhibit familiarity with the managed service provider business model and the cybersecurity industry
  • Display strong project management and time management capabilities to independently handle multiple complex projects
  • Possess the willingness and availability to travel roughly half of the time, including periodic international trips to the United States
