This fully remote position is open to candidates based in the United States. In this role, the selected candidate will focus on building and scaling outbound efforts toward multi-location auto repair groups that operate four or more rooftops.
The position involves initiating outreach from scratch, engaging multiple stakeholders, and navigating complex, multi-layered organizations through a consultative sales process. This is not an inbound or passive role, and it requires persistence through longer sales cycles. Responsibilities
- Execute high volumes of outbound calls and communication to connect with decision-makers at multi-location auto repair groups
- Identify and build relationships with various stakeholders across accounts, ranging from local shop leadership to regional owners
- Perform online product demonstrations while leveraging a thorough understanding of the SaaS platform
- Use a consultative selling strategy to address specific pain points across expanding organizations
- Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and prospect interactions meticulously within the company CRM
- Qualify sales opportunities and partner directly with the mid-market sales team to map out deal progression
Requirements
- Prior experience working as an SDR or BDR, specifically with outbound prospecting into multi-stakeholder organizations
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding assigned quotas and activity goals
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in conducting phone-based outreach
- Demonstrated experience running product demonstrations and consultations
Qualifications
- Prior familiarity with the automotive industry, blue-collar sectors, or home services
- Experience targeting franchise, multi-unit, or multi-location businesses
- Background in selling software or working in high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management
