Robinhood operates a financial platform aiming to democratize finance for all users. The organization is currently seeking a Brokerage Communications Specialist to join its Market Operations organization in Chicago.
In this position, the specialist will manage the complete lifecycle of regulatory mass customer communications for broker-dealer and affiliated entities, including the newly introduced Trump Accounts program. Responsibilities include planning, drafting, routing items for approval, and verifying delivery. The role involves close collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior leadership.
Candidates will also participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to critical operational incidents and draft urgent messages. This opportunity suits professionals with a strong background in financial services operations and regulatory compliance who possess rigorous attention to detail and strong coordination abilities.
Work takes place on-site at the Chicago office at least three days per week. The position requires US citizenship or lawful permanent residency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of regulatory mass customer communication campaigns, including defining project scopes, timelines, and schedules
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to operational incidents and draft urgent customer-facing messaging
- Validate delivery of required customer notices using reporting tools to ensure regulatory compliance for trade confirmations, statements, and disclosures
- Maintain comprehensive delivery evidence to support audits, regulatory reviews, and exams
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and senior leadership to coordinate daily operational communications and concurrent regulatory projects
Requirements
- Hold active Series 7 and Series 24 licenses
- Bring at least three years of experience in financial services operations and regulatory compliance environments
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Show strong project coordination abilities and comfort working with structured data and AI-powered tools
- Be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident
