Gymshark, a rapidly expanding global apparel brand dedicated to uniting the conditioning community, is hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator - Product Integrity on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Operating within the Men's, Women's, or Seamless category, this position focuses on driving product quality excellence from the initial development stage through to final manufacturing. The selected professional will partner closely with global suppliers, materials teams, and product developers to guarantee that every garment is safe, compliant, and built to top industry standards.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role suited for a detail-oriented professional with a background in textile engineering, apparel design, or quality management. Responsibilities include spotting potential risks early, assessing wearer trial feedback, validating raw materials, and overseeing pre-production sample approvals. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams and suppliers to verify technical requirements are met
- Review new product developments to identify risks regarding fit, performance, quality, and compliance
- Assess wearer trial feedback and product data to guide decisions
- Manage raw material and bulk fabric validation procedures
- Evaluate garment and material testing results against company benchmarks
- Analyze technical documentation and specifications for production readiness
- Identify manufacturing processes requiring stricter quality control
- Oversee pre-production sample approvals for measurements, fit, materials, trims, and construction
- Facilitate pre-production meetings and communicate quality controls to suppliers and regional teams
- Investigate product quality claims to find root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain precise records, reporting metrics, and approvals
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in quality management, product integrity, or quality assurance within the textile, sportswear, or apparel sector
- Strong comprehension of apparel manufacturing processes, garment construction, and textile materials
- Familiarity with performance, fabric, and garment testing standards
- Ability to review laboratory test reports and validate product performance
- Effective communication skills for building relationships across multiple teams and suppliers
- Organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Excel and digital quality or product management systems
- High attention to detail combined with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Commitment to working onsite at the headquarters a minimum of three days per week
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field
