Job Description

TEECOM is hiring professionals for its Audiovisual practice through a continuous, discipline-based assessment process instead of filling a single vacant position. Qualified individuals are evaluated through a structured review that establishes their capability level and appropriate job title, spanning from Designer II to Principal and Senior Consultant. Once assessed, candidates are matched with open team positions that align with their background and professional goals.

The firm provides integrated technology consulting for numerous industries and building types, handling projects from initial needs analysis through construction administration. Practitioners create complete construction document packages, collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and manage AV lifecycles for spaces such as conference rooms, training facilities, auditoriums, broadcast studios, and simulation labs. Senior personnel also guide design strategies, cultivate client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

This opportunity suits candidates who take ownership of the end-to-end user experience, demonstrate curiosity regarding spatial use, and wish to design tailored solutions. TEECOM operates as a fully remote organization with personnel located throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, and India, while executing projects globally that may occasionally require international travel.
