Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the commercial team.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and support senior sales team members throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM platforms.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Research market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue-generating initiatives.
Requirements
- Approximately 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Account Management, Customer Success, or another client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivation to build a successful career in sales.
- Confident engaging with prospective clients and building relationships.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience using CRM tools is advantageous but not essential.
- An interest in sports and igaming is essential for this role
- 3 days in office per week and ability to travel to industry events across the US when required

Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD
