Junior Meta Ads Monitoring Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Meta Ads Monitoring Specialist to join our growing team and develop their skills in a hands-on, entry-level role. You’ll help monitor advertising campaigns, analyze their performance, and identify opportunities to improve results. It’s a good opportunity for someone interested in digital advertising, data, and understanding how different audiences respond to campaigns.

What we’re looking for

• Interest in digital advertising, Meta Ads, and online audience behavior;
• Analytical and attentive approach, with an ability to work with numbers and identify patterns;
• Familiarity with Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite and basic understanding of how targeted advertising works;
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

• Monitor Meta advertising campaigns and track their performance;
• Analyze campaign results, audiences, and key performance indicators;
• Identify trends and potential issues and support campaign optimization;
• Prepare reports and share insights to help improve advertising performance.
